Booking:
We consider a reservation definitive after the receipt of a deposit of € 300,00 by bank transfer, which is the guarantee of the booking and not a pre-payment. If we do not receive the requested deposit within 20 days before the date of arrival, we will cancel the reservation.
  
Storno:
The deposit will not be returned but will be considered a valid guarantee for a future stay (within 6 months from the reservation date)
   
Arrival and departure:
On the day of arrival rooms and hotel services are available from 13.00 pm. You may arrive earlier, prior arrangement and according to availability your room will be ready to occupy.
Please let us know if your arrival will be after 20.00 pm.
On the day of departure you may occupy your rooms and use our hotel facilities until 10.30 am. If available, a late check-out up to 18.00 pm is possible but will be charged with Euro 30,00 per person.
   
Anticipated departure or delayed arrival
In case of anticipated departure or delayed arrival we will charge the agreed price up to a maximum of 3 nights’ stay.
